Dark Chocolate Peanut Butter Valentine Blossoms

Peanut butter blossoms are one of my favorite holiday cookies and I didn’t even make any this past Christmas. It was time to rectify that! So I made them for Valentine’s Day, well they are in my freezer awaiting Valentine’s Day. I am not the only one around here who likes peanut butter blossoms. Josh is even our Naan baker so we try to have a supply in the freezer for curry nights.
